Following Sharjah’s continuing appeal as a haven for property investments, Eagle Hills successfully held an exclusive meeting for property buyers and investors recently to showcase the key features of its prestigious waterfront development, Maryam Island, located in Sharjah. The event was held in partnership with Square Properties at the Palace Downtown Hotel in Dubai where attendees had an interactive session with Eagle Hills senior executives on the features and latest developments at Maryam Island.
Real estate brokers together with their prospective buyers who have shown keen interest to invest in Sharjah’s real estate market, reviewed the benefits of investing in properties in Sharjah as well as the opportunities for growth within the emirate. The value of real estate transactions in Sharjah reached to AED 5.2 billion during the first quarter in 2019, which came from 13,195 transactions, including 1,131 sales at 122 areas, based on the latest data from the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Directorate.
The event also witnessed the presence of famous influencers from the UAE including Khalid Al Khalidi, Monzer Al Mouzaki, AlMuzoon Al Himeiri, and AbdelAziz Al Marzouki, who is also known as Fex.
