J&P contracted to lead the construction and infrastructure works for the entire GFA 63,677 sqm site
Contract award marks the groundbreaking of the luxury hotel and residential development in Fujairah
Abu Dhabi, UAE – 15 November 2017: Eagle Hills Abu Dhabi has recently awarded the construction and infrastructure works contract for the entire GFA 63,677 sqm site of The Address Fujairah Resort + Spa to Joannou & Paraskevaides (J&P).
The Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company made the announcement during an official signing ceremony that marked the groundbreaking of the exciting luxury hotel and residential development, representing a significant milestone in the progress of the project in Fujairah.
The Address Fujairah Resort + Spa is a luxury development scheduled to be complete by 2019, comprising 196 room with a range of five-star amenities and four residential buildings that include 172 branded apartments, five beach villas and five garden villas. The development also features a 500-metre promenade, beach access and a unique plaza.
Located in Sharm in Fujairah, famous for its breathtaking landscape of mountains and uninterrupted sea views out onto the Gulf of Oman, The Address Fujairah will offer unrivalled tranquility and high-end living for its residents and guests.
Since the project was revealed in April 2016, Eagle Hills has completed the grading and marine works at the site.
