Saraya Aqaba opens its doors to new on-site sales centre and residential mock-up units

Aqaba, Jordan – 8 December 2015 – Welcoming a new era of development for the mixed-use project, Saraya Aqaba has inaugurated its dedicated on-site sales centre, along with several completed residential mock-up units, all of which will allow our existing customers and visitors to enjoy an immersive taste of the project’s design and ambiance.

The new fully fledged sales centre and recently completed mock-up residences give visitors the chance to experience the future of the project first-hand, providing a sneak peek of its various components; which comprise a unique mix of residential, commercial and recreational facilities. The launch of these experiential facets of the project follows another important milestone: last month, Saraya Aqaba partially filled its iconic central lagoon, providing visitors with an even more comprehensive sense of the exquisite waterfront lifestyle on offer.

Existing customers and guests visiting the on-site sales centre will enjoy an at-home, relaxed ambiance and exceptional hospitality, complete with snacks and refreshments. With its stunning beachfront location, the sales centre also boasts breath-taking views of the project and the surrounding vista. Meanwhile, the fully furnished residential mock-up units offer a live representation of the architectural and stylistic directions the project is taking, with its revitalizing blend of traditional arabesque décor elements and modern design sensibilities. Beautifully appointed in a sleek, contemporary style, these mock-up residences allow visitors to experience the refreshing, revitalising sensation of living by the sea.

The debut of the new sales centre and mock-up residences will pave the way for the full-scale launch of Saraya Aqaba, ideally located in the heart of Jordan’s sole coastal city. Four world-class hotels will further contribute to placing Aqaba on the global tourism map, collectively adding a total of 1,100 keys to its touristic landscape. The fully integrated tourism and leisure destination is built around a man-made lagoon that will add approximately 1.5 kilometres of coastline to Aqaba’s shores. The project will feature a variety of luxurious residential units, retail shops, restaurants, a water park, an amphitheatre, a residents’ beach club, and various other leisure and business venues, all within an authentically styled, contemporary city with an arabesque ambiance.
