Community Facilities at Belgrade Waterfront

Built around an iconic tower, this monumental master-planned district will bring new life to an otherwise under-utilised site, and to the city as a whole.

The 1.8 km long Sava Promenada adds a new dimension to waterfront living, while a central park, several world-class hotels and a Grand Boulevard lined by cafes, restaurants and retail outlets add to the lifestyle appeal of Belgrade Waterfront, defining it as the must-visit leisure and tourist attraction.

The extensive green spaces create a lively destination that will draw both residents and international visitors. In the heart of the site, Belgrade Park is a major landscaped green area offering a series of sheltered gardens within the city. Inspired by the city’s existing public gardens, and borrowing from the character of London’s historic Georgian garden squares, Belgrade Park will be the green lungs of the development, as well as providing a place to relax, unwind and enjoy.

An early key part of the development, BW Galerija will be the largest shopping destination in the Balkans region. Set to become a regional retail, entertainment and leisure waterfront destination immersed with the European charm, the project will add further value to Belgrade’s existing offer.

This palatial retail space will offer the best international and local brands as well as outdoor cafés and restaurants that connect with the waterfront. A hotel and a residential complex will complete the experience and create a truly urban mixed-use development.

A hybrid collection of lively streets, squares and arcade retail will complement BW Galerija, spanning approximately 140,000 sq.m.

Belgrade Waterfront's Residential Offering

The new city hub, Belgrade Waterfront, will be home to over 14,000 residents.
